http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/headline/sports/4638490.html I thought this deserved its own thread, since it might have gotten lost in the earlier Dayne thread.
Good signing. He was really good in the last five games of the season. If healthy, he can be a real asset in Kubiak system. I guess now that Chris Taylor, Wali Lundy, and Samkon Gado will battle for the 3rd spot.
The eagles resigned Buckhalter, so I truly doubt they'd take Dayne too. He went for a visit on Friday. But I'm pretty sure they didn't sign him. There's nothing on their site about signing Dayne.
its impossible to get anywhere in today's NFL without 2 good running backs.. preferably a speedster and a battering ram i like keeping dayne
When Dayne has open holes to get through he can pummel the secondary for some nice yardage, I like the resigning of him too
Green, Dayne, Taylor, Gado, Lundy ....and Williams. I am interested to see if Chris Taylor will get any time this year. I was actually at the Browns game(yea i know its the Brown's), but he did some good things on the field with the ball. With Green missing 4 games and being a year older, Dayne makes sense, especially now that AP is as good as off the board. Now you have a 1000 yd. rusher and a backup that ran for 600 yds. Smart move.
