Good thing the Texans wasted two picks on OLB, who both were outplayed by an undrafted rookie FA.

He has restructured it once, after this year he will have 3.75 million left which you can spread out over 2 years.

The numbers, and your words are in direct conflict. The average NFL playoff team has 11 million in annual dead money.

All great teams have one thing in common: Great Front Office. We need to go sign a great G.M. Rick Smith is okay but we need someone better if we want to be a contender year in and year out.

As a Rockets fan, I have been spoiled by Daryl Moreys wizardry. He's constantly making moves to improve this team whether if it's through the draft, trades, or analytics all while still being in great cap position.

Rick has put us in a terrible position. salary cap wise. Clearly, Rick Smith is not anywhere near Morey's level of GM. Smith is playing checkers while Morey is playing chess.

Hate to hear about all these injuries.

    1) Injuries flat out suck.
    2) Giving Bob a very easy excuse to keep things the same. (Never mind the fact they were sucking it up before the injuries.)

Since starting 11-1 last year, they are 3-8 in the regular season, 4-9 including the playoffs. Sorry, not good enough.

If they miss the playoffs(which looks like they're on track to do), they will have missed the playoffs 6 of his 8 years here.

If the they finish with a losing season, it would be 3 losing years, 3 winning years and 2 .500 finishes.

They ain't going any further with the current regime. (GM, Coach, QB)

How is that not "spread out" over two years? I already noted it was 3.5 in 2014, I assumed everyone could do that subtraction and get 7 for 2015.

    11. For the love of all that is Holy sign a better nickel CB than Brice McCain
    12. Get another pass rusher to complement JJ Watt. Ninja and our LBs aren't getting it done, leaving teams to double and triple team Watt.
    13. DO NOT draft a QB. Keenum will use the rest of the season as his audition and we will use him instead.
    14. Draft an o-lineman with our 1st rounder. I've seen enough of Derek Newton's blubber jiggling to and fro as he flails at pass rushers
    15. Dickpunch Matt Schaub just for poops & giggs

Deep down. We all know the truth.

    We missed our window.

    Enter Luck. Game over.

    1. Fire Kubiak and Mariano. Possilby Rick Smith and Wade Phillips.
    2. Cut Schaub
    3. Draft a QB (if Keenum doesn't work out)
    4. Sign a talented, veteran offensive linemen (Whoever our GM is has to make this work)
    5. Cut Ed Reed.
