All great teams have one thing in common: Great Front Office. We need to go sign a great G.M. Rick Smith is okay but we need someone better if we want to be a contender year in and year out. As a Rockets fan, I have been spoiled by Daryl Moreys wizardry. He's constantly making moves to improve this team whether if it's through the draft, trades, or analytics all while still being in great cap position. Rick has put us in a terrible position. salary cap wise. Clearly, Rick Smith is not anywhere near Morey's level of GM. Smith is playing checkers while Morey is playing chess.

I already noted it was 3.5 in 2014, I assumed everyone could do that subtraction and get 7 for 2015.
