    So Kyle Lowry is a combination of Jeremy Lin AND Pat Bev? Scratch that, Bev doesn't even watch film, Lowry already knows what the other team is running.

    I love Lowry and think he'd be a near-perfect fit for our team (if he's matured as it seems), but even I know that ship has sailed.

    Morey pls? For those who don't understand, let's simplify it down to what it really is:

    The Rockets traded Kyle Lowry for James Harden.

    The Rockets traded Goran Dragic for Jeremy Lin.

    The Rockets got good value for Lowry -- he is not the "point guard that got away". Dragic is.

    Not saying trading him away was a mistake, saying Morey should consider bringing him back. Of course McHale has to go, but that's a sacrifice I think we all are willing to make.

    I hope they manage to re-sign Lowry and keep that team together. Maybe they won't stay as healthy as they've been this year and the record will drop (they were on 55-ish game pace since the Gay trade, when I checked last time), but they are very easy to root for.

    Lowry is definitely talented. His 3 point shot has really improved and we always loved his bull-dog mentality. That said, he has trouble staying healthy.

    Guys, Goran Dragic was an unrestricted free agent in 2012. The Rockets did not trade him. He walked. The Rockets could have tried harder to keep him - but they had other priorities. 2015 free agent class. Etc. Jeremy Lin is not the reason the Rockets let Dragic walk.

    If they were so interested in Lin wouldn't they have tried meeting with him before the Dragic talks broke down?
