Look, it was a stupid thing to do, but you guys are looking at this the wrong way. Without Jones' stupidity, we would never know this guys name. Daniel Kellerher is famous for a day.

I assume he was drunk and how old is he again...? So a lack of maturity mixed with alcohol......just call him a dumb a$$ and keep it moving.

I do think he should apologize and give the guy a few hundred for the mishap.

Too late, he went down that path. Stomping on a man sleeping on the street is not like smoking your first joint.

Whether he was actually harassing a homeless guy or not, TJ put himself in a situation where his actions are called into question. Some people seem to find ways to be associated with trouble time and time again even when it's "not their fault." It's cool to give him the benefit of the doubt; but again, he should never have been in a position of doubt in the first place. And yes, 21 is young, but it's no excuse. Some 21 year olds are children, others are men.

SR610 just texted on their blast that TJ was arrested for "attacking a homeless man." How's that sound?

Bullard was talking about TJ late last year and had some interesting points. He said he was really promising but needed some time to grow up. It made me wonder what maturity issues had surfaced at that point for him to say that. Hopefully someone makes an impression on him and he grows a little.

I didn't say he was a demon. I said he's an idiot and immature for doing something like this.

Unless he can't control his leg this incident was not a mistake. I'm not even suggesting that the Rockets get rid of him just stating that he's too old to do something like that.

I think this was a move by morey to get leverage in a trade.

No but seriously, my cousins met him a few times ad says he's just like a nice, shy dude. This really shocke me, I did not expect this kind of behavior from him at all and it's extremely disappointing.

In case it has not been widely read:

“Jones was taken into custody after a Portland Police sergeant patrolling the Old Town district saw a large group of people exit the Tube night club on Northwest 3rd Avenue around 2 a.m.

As the group spilled into the street, an officer used a PA system to tell the crowd to go back onto the sidewalk.

While watching the group walk away from the bar, the sergeant saw Jones walk by a doorway where two homeless men were sleeping, police said.

Officers said Jones yelled, ‘Wake up,’ and then raised his leg and stomped down on the leg of one of the sleeping men.

Police contacted Jones about a half-block away and arrested him out of the group of about eight people."

So what do you do in life?

I assume nothing, people judge people everyday oh let me guess because he's a basketball player we shouldn't have an opinion.

I think if the national media get's a hold of this fiasco, then I think the Rockets will act on it. Specially with all the current buzz going into this season with the addition of Dwight Howard, and the new bound expectations.

I don't think their going to trade him or anything, but maybe a suspension for the upcoming season could happen.

Understanding posts do sound different. Some comments here are full of hatred and zero tolerance.

Jones will be traded. This team does not stand for drunk driving or abuse of people.

How am I judging? your statement is flawed.

Judging others is no right but whatever God you believe in....if not do you.im just one that feels judging/profiling is nobody's right.

    Now back to basketball.
