I'm gonna miss him, but not nearly as much as opposing offenses will.

Too bad to see him fall off so quick, his first year here was very promising. Wish him luck.

Jones was our only pf to score 30 points or more.

I'm glad Terrence made it through these last 14 days of no guaranteed contract without getting injured. I was getting nervous for him.

TJ is a despicable human being.

The Rox BB IQ just went up quite a bit

Now what to do with the other less than intelligent KJ?

T jones did hit that big 3 to cut the lead to 10 in game 6.
Still remember Ackerman "T Jones up top, oh no, T JONES for three YES! No no no no yes!"

Karma bit him in the ass after stomping. Never liked him since that event. Good riddance.

    Definitely.

It says that the Rockets have assured DMo they want to re-sign him and that he's a big part of our plans going forward, but they want to wait until all the dust has settled on the free agent market before committing anything more than the qualifying offer so they won't use up their cap space. It also means DMo trusts them to do so.

What it does NOT mean is that other teams value TJ more than DMo. TJ wasn't even given a qualifying offer by the Rox and other GMs notice when your own team thinks so little of you that they don't even make the slightest attempt to keep you. TJ getting only a one-year deal is demonstration enough of how confident the Pelicans are that he'll be of anything more than minimum value.

Reuniting with his former Rocket teammate Asik and Wildcat teammate, Davis.

I was tired of seeing him wide open under the basket only to take the time to power dribble and allow the defense to recovery and challenge the shot.

I won't weep for him. There's one or two useful NBA skills buried in there somewhere but until he can either shoot or finish he's a liability.

Certainly the definition of a guy who needs a change of scenery though. Perhaps he can find some spark elsewhere.

He's a shell of his former self. If he was still playing like this last season, we probably would have given him a QO.
