The site has a link to the video -- pretty impressive to be doing that two months after ACL surgery. Is it possibly that he is already almost back?

T.O. shows off footwork in video

Free-agent wide receiver Terrell Owens, hoping to draw the interest of an NFL team, made an effort Friday to advertise his quick recovery from offseason knee surgery.

Owens, who underwent surgery to repair a torn ACL, posted a short video online entitled, "Check my Footwork!!!" to let teams know he is at or near 100 percent following the offseason procedure.

"Hey, check me out. Check the feet out," Owens says into the camera before going through the short quick-feet drill and running down field. It is not clear how fast Owens is actually running, but it does show he has made significant strides in his recovery.

It remains a mystery how the six-time Pro Bowler injured his knee. One report indicated Owens suffered the injury while taping a television show for VH1, while another suggested it occurred during a personal workout. Neither Owens nor his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, have confirmed how it happened.

Owens, 37, tore meniscus cartilage in his left knee Dec. 19 against the Cleveland Browns, ending his 2010 campaign with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Owens has played 15 seasons in the NFL with five different teams, including the 49ers, Eagles, Cowboys, Bills and Bengals. The five-time All-Pro ranks second all-time behind 49ers' legend Jerry Rice in both receiving touchdowns (153) and yards (15,934).
