So basically you're saying he needs an entire offense... got it.

Hey he still has more TD's than interceptions, for him that should be considered success.

agreed, he is clearly outplaying carr, manziel, and bortles this year... mettenberger is done for the year...

teddy has a bright future... just have to build around him.. lions defense is legit tho

I know you are really big on making excuses for Teddy's poor performances, but in a lot of ways, Carr has better numbers with an even worse team around him. Either way it doesn't matter, neither of them are QB's anyone really wants to have, they are just place holders till their team finds better QB's to replace them with.

Carr also started since week 1, how did carr do today ehh

bridgewater leads all rookie qbs in passer rating, wins, completion percentage, yards per attempt, total qbr, and has 3 game winning drives this year... he also plays in one of the more difficult divisons in the nfl

Well he didn't throw 2 interceptions.....

Anyway keep the hope alive, even Tebow fans gave up eventually so you probably have about a year or two left of this fantasy that Teddy Bridgewater is a good QB.

So you think Bridgewater is as bad as Tebow?

    Interesting.

    Wrong, but interesting.

Did I ever say that or are you arguing with a straw man?

The Bridgewater fans are every bit as misguided as Tebow fans ever were, and that's what I said. Eventually they'll realize that they were wrong, but because Bridgewater is more of a QB than the Tebus, it might take some time.

When will you admit that Bridgewater surpassed your expectations for him already.

When he actually does that. I expected him to be nothing special, and he's been nothing special.

If picked at #1 overall, which is where people were talking about drafting "the next Aaron Rodgers", his performance so far would be a bust. Can you imagine how much Texans fans would have been bagging on Fitz if he'd have played as poorly as Teddy this season? Anyway, I thought he was just a guy, and he's looked like just a guy. He'll probably make it a few more years and then fade into obscurity.

Being impartial here, just to say that at this point in his career, Rodgers was merely a clipboard holder. Even for three more years he did the same thing. Not saying that Bridgewater will be Rodgers (although I've said he could before), just pointing that out.

Clipboard Jesus....still the best nickname I've ever heard.... Writing clipboard holder made me think of that.

Garbage spews heavily from your posts. TB is the better player over carr, an unbiased moron can see that.

Maybe. Of course that misses the point, that neither are good QB's. Who is the better RB right now, Trent Richardson or Peyton Hillis? It's the same answer as to who is the better QB Carr or Bridgewater, who cares neither are worth a damn.
