Bandwagoner, Many of the huge bodybuilder chicks do have large asses, they just happen to have large everything else too. I was explaining that there are women who intentionally build up their lower bodies to have the curvy look without being really fat. I wasn't even saying that's what this women is just that it is a thing that I'm aware of and have seen in person. Look in the spoiler for examples of what I mean. Spoiler This woman went from lean to "thick" by targeting heavy lower body workouts and going light on upper body. <blockquote class="instagram-media" data-instgrm-version="7" style=" background:#FFF; Broscience girls do lower body and guys do upper body. I get it. They aren't building muscle to make their glutes that big tho. It doesn't happen. Phil Heath doesn't have glutes that big. That is fat, or implants. All you have to do is look at legit photos of real bodybuilders in contest shape. So...... Do women intentionally try to make their glutes larger? Yes. Just like the guys with chicken legs and 19 inch arms. But far less successful because girls cannot build butts larger than Mr. Olympia. It isn't muscle. You can still like it just as much, probably more. You wouldn't like the shape if it was muscle. This girl from Houston has massive got dam lower body. Huge. All female physique and bodybuilder posing is about making yourself look like you have a huge butt. Why do you so quickly dismiss LiPo or implants for these abnormal body types. If women could quadruple the size of their muscles so easily none of them would take steroids. They would win every show they entered. It's fat. Fat is good though. Would you want muscle boobies? I wouldn't.
Mr Olympia's glutes are much larger than any of these women. He just also happens to be massive everywhere else. Similarly, the woman you posted has a well defined lower body but is also has a jacked upper body. The proportions with a weak upper body just make the ass look bigger. You can't possibly look at the pictures I posted and say it's fat. I really didn't even mean to argue. I absolutely know it works, I've seen it in person, my wife went this route after her last competition (and no, no pics)
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/W6qvJp4zPlY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Well defined? LOL. She's huge bro. I'm highly skeptical your wife has the ability to quadruple the size of her glutes. Fat is fat, muscle is muscle. The complete lack of knowledge on this subject by the public is why we are in a catastrophic obesity epidemic. It is the exact same thing as pro bodybuilders telling people supplements are the key to being 260 on stage. They sell product with BS. Just like the girls you linked. The secret isn't so secret.
Lol, no not 4 times. But there was definitely more gains in ~6 months than a typical balanced amateur bodybuilder split in twice that time.
Whatever it is you do for a living, I pray it involves very little intelligence. Girls misrepresenting themselves whether it be through holding a phone at a certain angle or categorizing themselves to a particular body type--based on the classification they deem appropriate--that was the similarity. I don't mind spelling everything out, but you make a habit of this. Projection doesn't help either I don't drink son. The local MHMR is your best bet if advice is what you were seeking. Breh, a BMI of 45 but kicking a soccer ball once a year means you're "athletic" according to some nowadays. Had someone tell me this one day while being morbidly obese, I kid you not.
Wow, so in your world insults on clutchfans = projection. Personally I'm a nondrinker as it hurts gains. But with this logic you have revealed of yourself I'm terrified to go back and read all the ones you directed at me and others to learn about your devious action in life. Oh my god.
No, applying it with reference to the context is what deemed it projection. In a post where you are trying to call out someone else's logic, making a factituous generalization--just to sound dramatic...makes you look pretty dumb. I think it's because you get rattled easily, but that's for you to figure out. Also, you are trying way too hard to compensate right now---its embarrassing tbh. I didn't want to burst your bubble, but a girl in her 20s would be more successful at achieving a greater lean body mass than you (assuming you are the late 40s low T guy you come off as). When accounting for lean body mass, men due to inherent gender differences and (greater) testosterone and androstenedione levels will experience great muscular hypertrophy. Women have a greater adipose reserve, but can reach a good lean body fat % if they direct themselves. They won't exceed the males in their own age group, but someone in their late 40s/early 50s? Sure. Thinking that most of them get implants etc fits in line with your line of logic--which again is pretty consistent. Or maybe just the women you surround yourself with. Funny how it comes back to your need to make generalizations. Don't do it. Its what stupid people do.
Ah the second completely false "insult". Sorry to hear about that low T problem. Is that why you always go around calling people p*****s, cowards, and scared? Low T plus Beta tendencies projection?
lol. Putting down fit girls and then actually typing that out... If self esteem seems to be that much of a problem, go ahead and get the last word in. I won't say anything. You've already exposed yourself more than I ever could.
Thanks. I'm not really sure what kind of troll game you are trying to play tho. Just getting basic demographic characteristics about me completely wrong isn't that effective.
I tend to disagree. Just because an approach is "old style" and a "better way", is presented, doesn't mean that old style is automatic antiquated , and the better way is a HANDS-DOWN acceptance. There's a kind of belief that even talking about women is unfair. As if observation and commenting about women is still included in the historical form of CONTROLLING women, and the way to empower women is only to stay out of the way entirely. Women have pushed in in all kinds of initiatives in bulk. To me it takes open discussion and dialogue to assimilate them in (and being honest saying there isn't the universal sign-off, yet). On the topic, I just don't see why school should be a place for fashion forward, body acceptance, physical statements in the first place. Save that for after. I think school for K-thru-9 should be Education / No Distractions as high priorities. Admittedly I'd much rather err on the side of prude conservatism "think about the children" on that I'm not wanting to making judgments on the women's character, especially when female curves CAN'T be bundled up, so containing them doesn't do much anyway. There just already exists "time and place" expectations on things.
