    V. Carter in Toronto also had the same problem of not able to play the game with pain. At the time, people complained that why Vince couldn't tough it out. Vince just couldn't withstand the pain. Thus some experts said that Vince had a low threshold for pain tolerance.

T-mac is Carter's cousin, I won't be surprised that T-mac also has a low threshold for pain tolerance due to similar DNA. So Rox is stuck here. What should Rox do? If you trade him the way Toronto traded Carter, in a couple of years, you are going to see T-mac play extremely well like the Carter today if T-mac does not have the injury.

Vince and T-Mac are distant cousins. They don't share DNA.

I think Vince just got sick of playing in Toronto, just like Tracy is sick of playing in Houston.

They are cousins by marriage, not by blood.

interestingly after that year Carter gets traded and has heluva a year with his new team. If Tracy gets healthy where do you think we should ship him off to in the offseason? New Jersey got Carter for peanuts, I hope we can get a better deal.

at least with vince he was on a team of garbage players...........as least you can understand why he'd be like f this.........tmac has a solid team around him, at least in terms of talent.

coulda sworn they were 2nd cousins....meaning your parents are 1st cousins (or regular cousins) so if they really are 2nd cousins that would mean they do share dna (diluted if you will). I havent heard of them going by cousin in laws?

If Tracy decide to go through with the surgery then this really remind me of Penny Hardaway. Penny is also TMAC's favorite player all time.

I guess I can somewhat see the comparison. If, for nothing else, Vince was about 28 at the time of his embarrassing fallout with the Raptors. T-Mac turns 30 this year despite however old T-Mac really looks/feels. Where the comparison will end though is Vince has proven he can be durable ever since he was traded to NJ. T-Mac doesn't look like he's capable of playing one full season let alone four.

thats crazy, Vince came back with a career year the year after and was dunking on EVERYONE. This gives me huge hopes for next season(if tmac isnt traded).
