Landry is still only going to be 29 next year, and I could see him taking a short term, high AAV contract again over something like what Glen Davis got: 4/$25M, ala Caron Butler: 3/$24M. Is 3/$27M really seem that ridiculous? Sure it's an overpay, and I'd hate for the Rockets to ever touch that deal, but I estimate there will be a fair number of teams that will get frozen out of the FA market, and will have a decent amount of money to throw away. Outside of KG and Duncan, the top 3 unrestricted PFs are Humphries, Bass and Landry.
