How can you not feel a 7.1 R earthquake? Hopefully either the magnitude is exaggerated or the epicenter is bellow 100 kms.
The epicenter was in California, but it was strong, no doubt. From looking at Google Maps, it looks like the epicenter was probably about 150-200 miles from Las Vegas.
No I meant in depth. If it is bellow 10 kms depth then..that town ridgesmth is screwed. Not even Japan would go unscathed with that. I pray to god that there won't be any victims. If everyone is in the area, please stay in an open space. There will be aftershocks which can be more lethal than the main one.
They just suspended/postponed the games. I'm guessing that means the ones at Thomas and Mack are done for now (?) Or are they still thinking about playing it later tonight? But Cox Pavillion is still playing.
