Nick Johnson is the steal of the Draft!

I honestly think he will do good for us this season if given playing time. He is basically gonna do what Parsons did his rookie year except johnson won't start over beverly.

D-Mo also looks pretty good yet again this is the summer league.

    Bev/Johnson
    Harden/Johnson
    Ariza/Gee
    Jones/D-Mo
    Howard

We have a better back up than Casspi for a decent Ariza (I think he is gonna do better for us than Parsons would have because he is the type of player that does good with stars around him. EX.. Kobe w/ Ariza).

Jones and D-Mo are basically same from last year but hopefully improved.

We actually got a decent backup for Harden.

And there is still some free agents we can sign such as Elton Brand, Jamal Crawford, Wesley Johnson, Jermaine O'Neal

Grant Hill: "... I don't run back on defense."

McHale: "Neither do half the guys on our team. You'd fit right in with us."

I really think Canaan can be the backup 1. Kid can play.

mchale has got to learn how to utilize dmo's offensive talent, instead of just being lazy and letting him camp out on the 3 point line. He got more post touches this year but i'd argue, off the bench he should be one of our first options offensively.

I don't know... this Clipper team is pretty bad. I stopped watching the Portland game because he was so bad in the first few minutes. Ended up 2 of 11 w/4 TO.

If Canaan is the backup PG this team will suck.

McHale was talking about getting DMo to be more aggressive and also concentrating on rebounding.
