That sounds like you just insulted yourself and Houston.

 

I don't know if it's still true but about 3-5 years ago, the 610/59 interchange was the 2nd most traveled freeway segment in the nation (behind some intersection in LA).

 

What boggles my mind is why anyone would travel this hell day in and day out!! Im getting stressed hearing you guys b**** about it.

 

Originally 290 was supposed to connect to I-10, but of course budget cuts or something nixed that eons ago.

At least the freeway doesn't dead end into a Target parking lot. See I-170 in in Richmond Heights (St. Louis) if your ever in the Gateway City.
