Your best bet is to move to a community which has a mass quantity of bald people where you would feel normal, or better yet a community which has generally unattractive people all around like an industrial town or Cleveland so you can be above the norm.
Nothing unfortunately. I don't use finasteride simply because it can cause impotency problems and at 30 I'd rather having a receding hairline. B-Vitamins, Nizoral Shampoo, and generic rogaine keeps my treading water with my hair loss and hopefully a huge medical breakthrough will happen in the next decade. For me, my hair loss is much less noticeable when I grow my hair out a bit and have a clean cut, not much gel/product type of hair cut. Less hair product means the thinning is less noticeable. I feel for ya, but everyone is right that the more you "accept it" the better off.
I'm 28 years old. I don't have any baldness on the crown of my head but my hairline has been receding pretty bad over the last couple of years. At first, it wasn't that bad, if I grew out my hair but now its been getting worse that I can't really pull it off anymore lol. I've shaved my head down to a 1. I don't really have the head shape to pull it off the bald look but at least I work out. I may be bald, but I'm the biggest, baldest, strongest bald guy you know.
Please note that I do note claim to be a poet by any means... but I am a bald man A poem, by ChievousFTFace: Through denial and shame, I thought I was going insane. Seeing that the follicles per square inch were steadily decreasing on my mane. Many a fortnight I cried and worried, my sex appeal and youth are dead. The cruel force of mother nature is taking its brutal course on my head. Hair products into differing styles To cover the shame and the facts. Shampoos, conditioners, creams, and pills To stop this madness in its tracks. Staring at the mirror and my thinning crop, One day I was blessed the thought. I am not the first nor will I be the last to fighting this insidious onslaught. Jason Statham, Sean Connery, Bruce Willis even The Rock can teach you a lesson. Without much on their scalp, the women still desire a bedding session. Here is the secret for you can't fight the fact that the tide only goes way. Clean and confident from head to toe, Is the look real men portray. It's time to make the only purchases to heal your pride's contusion. Four, Three, Two, One on the clippers or simply a razor blade is the solution.
I looked in the mirror today My eyes just didn't seem so bright I've lost a few more hairs I think I'm going bald I think I'm going bald Seems like only yesterday We would sit and talk of dreams all night Dreams of youth And simple truths Now we're so involved So involved with life Walk down vanity fair Memory lane everywhere Wall Street shuffles there Dressed in flowing hair Once we loved the flowers Now we ask the price of the land Once we would take water But now it must be wine Now we've been And now we've seen What price peace of mind Take a piece of my mind My life is slipping away I'm aging every day But even when I'm grey I'll still be grey my way

Permanent solution? Get a hair transplant like LeBron did. It's pricey but if you can afford it do it.
There is a good sale on fedoras this July 4th weekend if you are interested. These are always fashionable.
thanks for all the constructive feedback I am actually getting the moles looked at for potential removal soon. Hopefully they can be removed fairly easily and cheaply. Still doesnt help the ears/shape and pale skin situation.
The bald look is in and if you have thinning hair shaving it all off will probably make you look 5-10yrs younger. That was the first thing people told me when I finally surrendered to father time and shaved it off.
Aussie Rocket, I have a friend who has had hair transplantation, which definitely works. The most natural looking method, and the most expensive, is follicular unit transplantation. Also, you've probably heard of Rogaine, but it doesn't do a great job of preventing male pattern baldness, in my experience, slowing hair loss more than preventing it. Better than doing nothing if you want to hang on to the hair you have, but not much, in my opinion. You might have a better result, or you might not. You could also accept your fate, as I have. As the Stones put it, what a drag it is getting old. Good luck!
