Directly no. Her motivations seem highly unlikely to be around a pay day from Trump. Seems to me the motivation is to be able to market herself as the p*rn star who F-ed the president and become the biggest star in the industry. The longer Trump and Cohen go on fighting this the more they are building up the hype that will create more media frenzy if Trump gets deposed and all the embarrassing and potentially illegal things that can kill his presidency will happen. If I was advising Trump I’d advise him to tell the court that the NDA is no longer valid, drop any counter suits and issue an apology to the public and his family for his past behavior before he gave his life to Christ (evangelicals would eat that up). But Trump is Trump and he will fight this to his own detriment and make Stormy Daniels as famous as she’s wanting to be.
The number of lies he tells about relatively inconsequential things is mind boggling. People voted for him after the Billy Bush tape. People voted for him after mocking the disabled reporter. His base will continue to support him. Perhaps they should have privately reminded her of the NDA prior to Cohen making a spectacle of it. (maybe they did and decided on the Cohen 'strategy'). When it became evident it was going to become public, simply issue a Mea Culpa and the story would have died out.
This. I wonder how well Stormy's p*rn videos are selling. Stormy should send Trump a thank you note, when it is all said and done. I can't think of a better marketing campaign for her products.

I doubt she is looking to make build up her brand through this. She didn't need to go on 60 minutes to do that. Plus she isn't making pornos any longer. Honestly, I think he motivation really is to set the record straight and defend herself.
