Stigma Hockey Table Game

    Anybody ever had one of these things?

    Im about to buy it for my son and was wondering is it worth it?

    Or should I get the soccer one?

    From the looks of it, it looks pretty cool :). I'm still a kid at heart, and i'd say hell ya to this.

    Looks like you have a choice of 'high speed' or NHL with Stiga. Tough choice. Per wiki they're the board of the "table hockey federation" so you can't go too far wrong. I'd probably go NHL -- but tough to pass on the high speed.... hmmm.

    My parents' table hockey set must be 30+ years old (the goalies don't even have masks) -- it is still used. The kids love it (7yo and 9yo). It's looking a little rough -- but it works. It has a weighted puck too -- a big steel ball bearing inside the puck -- which makes it really fly.

    I don't know what model my wife bought. She's usually pretty frugal on this stuff so I doubt she splurged on a $90 model.
