This impressive rookie was able to hold the Rockets' MAX MONEY big man to 9 points on 4-12 shooting (a couple of those were alley-oop dunks) in a statement game, forcing McHale to only play his max money big man 32 minutes. Is this rookie a force to be reckoned with? How do we deal with this guy if we end up in a best of 7 series with OKC? I guess keeping Asik could be a blessing in the skies.
They gave them Harden in exchange for Adams, Lamb and 1-year rental of K-Mart. And they used Adams to beat us, let's call it even.
Adams? More like Ibaka on the help defense. Howard got past him a lot. Then Ibaka was waiting for him.
If you are a big and strong guy, can move your feet well, and posses a good defensive IQ, you can cover Dwight Howard. You do not need to be athletic. Adams fits the bill.
Howard just sucked tonight. He has to be better against OKC especially. No excuse for him not to do better against OKC especially with them missing Perkins who usually plays him well. Howard missed a lot of shots right at the rim tonight.
