Heart and hustle makes for great Cinderella stories, but at the end of the season, only WINNING counts. Players can have all the heart in the world, but none of that matters if the season ends without a ring. There is only one winner and everyone else is a loser.

I don't think people ever realize that when Clutch wrote "Hell, the slower people in the group can even talk about ex-Rocket Tracy Murray" that it's basically a putdown.

"Slower people" = the type of people who ride the short bus

So here's to you Mr. Steve Francis fan that want to talk about him the GARM, we salute you in your dogged determination of talking about a has-been.

Those questioning Steve's heart got it wrong; much like the tinmman, he had plenty of heart; what he lacked was a between the ears.

Steve was that student who tried like hell, but no matter how hard he tried, he could only make C's.

And I just dissed Stevie by saying Starbury at least went to play in China to keep his skills sharp. I agree with Steve when he says he'll play there if the money is right, you don't go there to play competitive bball, the guy is going to score like 30ppg.

Hopefully he signs with Yao in Shanghai, he'll be playing for his friend and Yao will probably give him the best deal possible.

Yeah, thank's for chimming in on something thats was about where threads belong, and taking it into something else.

BTW if your trying to compare cinderalla stories, I've got to say that Tracy hasn't had too much winning success. And if your comparing heart and hustle, tracy ought to just stay home.

Steve bleeds Rockets Red and I still wish him the best of luck no matter where he plays.

    Tracy bleeds vagina juices.

That's cool I'll give you that. That's where they belong. I'd rather forget about Tracy's days here.
