    What 'leadership' skills has he shown over his career that would make it beneficial to utilize a roster spot for someone who, regardless of circumstance or need, "obviously (he) wouldn't be able to play any more than 25mpg due to age"?

    When's the last time anyone saw him play? Why don't we just bring back Cat? At least we saw him schooling Drew League guys last Summer. Also, Olajuwon and Dikembe played in the NBA Africa game. TMac just did the all star celebrity game. Sampson looks like he's stayed in shape. Let's bring them all back.
