Use inherent contempt and drag his ass in front the committee or jail him. This crap isn’t going anywhere and by the time it takes to go through the courts we might have a GOP majority in the house again.

More than likely the leaders of the proud boys etc aren’t jumping at the chance to be cooperating witnesses. But we know they were all at the same hotel with “the war room” the night before. To me the reason there isn’t more happening with Bannon, Giuliani, Stone, etc. is because for some reason AG Garland hasn’t appointed a special counsel yet. You remember how quickly Mueller was able to start prosecuting Manafort once he was appointed? It would benefit the rule of law in this case to designate a prosecutorial team solely focused on this. It would also make Bannon and Trump sweat more because it is more difficult to shut down a special counsel if this goes on past Biden’s term is he’s not re-elected. Hard to believe it would take 3 years but as slow as court cases can be it would benefit the rule of law to designate this to a special prosecutor.
