We have not been very successful during Morey's tenure with first round draft picks with exception to DMo and we tried to trade him. I don't see Morey trying to throw games to get better position in the draft with his draft history. He is more of acquire talent through trades and outright signings type of guy.

Besides that, if JBB were a white coach, SAS wouldn't have chimed in about this situation at all. The only reason he cares is because he thinks JBB was given a raw deal (which is true). He always talks about how JBB has been doing a great job since taking over for McHale. He's grasping for straws for anything that lets JBB off the hook. I don't blame JBB either, I think he's a victim here. Just explaining the motivations of SAS.
