Kobe already has a heir apparent. His name is Westbrook.

Harden is more LeBron-esque. Making his teammates better, can score, deadly finisher, can rack up assists, grab boards.

i agree with that, although i would say Harden is more in the mold of a jerry west/oscar robertson. Hate it when they compare westbrick to oscar

Harden is lefty Lebron without the vert and a little more quickness.

Can’t agree with that. Harden is heir apparent to Kobe and if you want to say he’s lebron-esque that’s true also. But where I disagree is saying Westbrook is heir apparent to Kobe he’s more of a Iverson then anybody.

Westbrick at 8-11 is Kobe-esque? Right.

Steven A after the trade you were the one saying it wouldn't work with two ball dominant players, then turn around and crown Okc in the same sentence. Fuku

Lol@the myth Lebron makes players so much better. How much better can you be constantly playing with 2 other superstars? Also Kobe played with a core of Gasol/Bynum/Odom. I would think he made them tremendously better

    Kobe averaged 35.4 PPG in 2005 / 2006 on 27.2 shots in 41.0 minutes.

Harden is averaging exactly 35.4 PPG in November on 21.7 shots in 35.8 minutes.

Theoretically, Harden would be averaging roughly 42.0 PPG in November (and 38.2 for the season) if he'd been shooting as much as Kobe did that year.
