That's what Smith just shouted during an interview on ESPN radion 1050 in NY:

THE ISSUE WITH THE PLAN TO HAVE THE JAMES/WADE/BOSH TRIO TEAM WAS BOSH INSISTING ON GETTING NOT ON CENT LESS THAN THE MAX. SIMILAR ISSUES WITH OTHER SCENARIOS WITH TEAMMING UP WITH JAME OR WADE. THAT IS WHY HE'S NOW WORKING WITH HOUSTON AND TORONTO ON A S&T THAT WILL SEND HIM TO HOUSTON. BUT THINGS ARE FLUID AT THIS MOMENT.

Sorry for the all caps but that' how he talked. SAS talks in all caps.
