Pipe dream because of the market here most likely, but just to add to the pipe dream, lebron said years ago that harden was a player he'd love to play with.

I think Harden and Morey had a very good indicatin of where things stood when Morey said we have something up our sleeves and Beverley openly mentioned Paul and his exit.

Yup i remember this.... I dont see it as that far fetched.. but if the rest of the NBA is laying down, you can bet you last 2 quarters that LB23 is doing everything he can squeeze out the last of his career trying to win a championship. Why not come and do it with Harden and Paul in Houston!??

Same thought... its def happening. LOL

Have y'all forgotten the real problem?

We still have James Harden. The guy that NO ONE has wanted to play basketball with for years now.

Remember the ball hog turnover machine it's my way or the highway ass hole?

    I member.

You are from the same dude that thinks trading a generational that is in love with the city, fans, and team is better option to trade than Bev. LOL... kick rocks dude... stick to lacrosse. or whatever else you millennials watch these days.

MDA and Paul will equal fireworks in a good way. As good as Nash was this guy is a better playmaker. He and Harden could be a Thomas/Dumars like backcourt. Harden with a less usage rate early in the clock( which means less energy used) could be an even more efficient scorer especially from the field.

Harden has already been in Paul's ear regarding what a great guard friendly coach MDA IS.

By more I assume Clint? I suspect the reason nothing has happened was probably Clint.I could see them wanting him in any deal for George. He and Myles Turner would form a nice frontcourt. Gordon, Beverley and Clint deal for a 1 year rental could be to much to give..

    Forget Stein

When Clutch sounded confident in the recent podcast of landing Chris Paul, thats when i knew it's happening.

Forget PG13, Boston can trump our offer with ease. If CP3 commits, we should focus on SnT deal with Millsap.

I was actually thinking that aside for George and Hayward, there's not a single top SF in this and next free agency aside for Lebron, and we'll have to take someone to replace Ariza soon....

Atlanta, Chicago and Brooklyn i guess, these teams and SacTown are the ones who would get him eventually...teams that are going to tank or suck anyway.

I'd say more like Gordon + Pat + Dekker + 1st. Clint is needed here unless we go after Cousins. The other guys clearly not if we get Paul and George. I don't think the Rockets have that offer on the table yet. Maybe somehting like Gordon + Pat + Harrell + 2nds, or Pat + Ariza + Harrell + 1st...Trading Capela also doesn't open up any cap space basically.

While Milsap won't be bad, I'm not as high on him as some of you are. We need a athletic big that can run the court, finish strong & hit open shots. Milsap has a few of those qualities but Blake Griffin should be our #1 target

I could see the Pacers wanting him in any deal and that could have been a sticking point. Anyway once the Paul situation is resolved them things will start falling into place.
