    Nice contract for a guy to take deep into his 30s, even with new TV $$$. If it were up to me, and like all of us it just ain't, I'd say, 'No way, hell no way!'.

    I love that he made his $125MM bed and now has to sleep in it. All anyone needs to know is that LBJ + Schumpert + Smith = NBA Finals; and Melo + Schumpert + Smith = 2nd/3rd worst record in the NBA. James Harden by himself pre-Dwight got the rockets to the West Coast playoffs.

    And after having a knee surgery. Pretty soon he will be one of the worst contracts in the league. He has a ntc. So you cant even trade him to teams he doesnt want.( no big markets). I dont feel one bit sorry for him.

    I would love him. I think of it like Dwight. He's not getting any younger. His window is closing. Maybe he can get traded here and win a ring with Dwight who's in the same situation..
