    Why would LMA, Melo, Bosh and other 97736474882 players sign somewhere else over Houston?

    They have a gaping hole at PG. Right now their backcourt is Devin Harris & JJ Barea. Unfortunately (for them) getting DWIII could knock them out of lottery spots 1-8 which would give their 1st round pick to Boston (for the Rondo trade).

    Thats a massive buyout for the Nets. They're better off just riding out his contact or trading him.

    As for the Mavs, their quest to build the perfect 2007 team continues.
