    There are demonstrations in San Francisco today protesting Google's shuttle buses. The protestors claim rich Google employees are causing high rent prices in the city and pushing others out.

    The following video, which was uploaded by the San Francisco Bay Guardian, shows a man the publication identifies as a Google employee telling protesters to leave San Francisco if they can't afford it. But it turns out the whole thing was staged, according to Joe Fitz Rodriguez, the reporter who uploaded the video. Rodriguez tweeted that the "Googler" was a plant, put there by a union organizer.

    It turns out the fake Googler is actually Max Bell Alper, a local activist, according to his biography on Making Change Media.
