    What if it is....Rockets send Sign and trade landry and aaron brooks (who the kings wanted bad) for Ron Artest and 12th pick in the draft?

    That would allow the rockets to get DJ Augustine or Bayless or anyone they want really and still have a shot at a good SG with the 25th pick.

    hopefully it's to say gene and jim will stick around a la milo for one more season. i can't imagine they've found anyone that can replace these two greats.

    How long have you people lived in the USA?

    This is 100% marketing BS, the Gene Peterson replacement would be the biggest thing it could be ....and possible since it is a 610 exclusive. It's the only thing you wouldn't call a full press conference for since 610 is the radio home for the Rox. But who listens to basketball on the radio anymore anyway?

    (maybe you guys are too young but New Coke was the biggest failure of marketing in history)

    If I would have said "Drink more Ovaltine" would that have been too obscure?
