Someone ask if the Red Rowdies will continue into the playoffs. As silly as it may sound, they could make the difference in a tough series.

Ask him if he's going to hire an offensive assistant like DaDakota?

Much appreciated if someone can ask JVG how he will play a team like the Suns in the playoff. For example:

    1. Will we slow our pace down when we play the Suns? Since our main inside player, Yao Ming, even when he is fully recovered, could still be less effective in the second half if he has to run a track meet for most part of the game, and at the same time has to fight a double or triple team each time down the court.

    2. Do we have a good strategy to defend Suns' 3-point shooters in the playoff?

If you ask about the Suns he will deflect and say they need to worry about their first round opponent before the suns.....

    Book it. !

    says Rafer played well consistently

says he shoots better from three than the two

talking about JL, basically saying he has no chance to get more minutes, but likes his energy, he wants him to make his three point shots and def not stick on many screens...

You are probably right, DD, but I think we should still ask him those questions even without mentioning the Suns.

That's the problem with Marc & Rich and moreso with John & Lance: Too many non-Rocket questions. JVG will grab and run with those and use up a lot of time. Matt & Adam are far and away the best on AM610 at pulling the most info out of JVG. Pallilo does a good job on AM790 the few times he interviews JVG.

I agree entirely. Don't ask the NBA coach about college basketball. There are a bazillion more questions relating to the Rockets that we'd rather hear about instead of JVG's college opinions.
