    I was joking...

To be fair, I was legitimately enthusiastic about the potential of both Boki and V-Span (less so Langhi). I still think we could use Boki's three point shooting and PG remains somewhat of a hole. Spanoulis' performance against the US still lingers in the memory banks.

How many Spanoulis does it take to screw in a light bulb?

    5. But DaDakota didn't count the first four attempts.

I still think Spanoulis could have been a great player in this league, he just didn't get the playing time and apparenlty had disagreements with the coach.

Plus he turned the ball over more than Luther Head when he was in which is nigh on impossible. I still think he could've been good if he had got consistent minutes. Although we got Scola from him so I'm happy.

He could be a good or fine player, but will never be a great player in NBA because he can not shoot the ball well. Just look at Rafer, one night he is super when he is hot, and other nights he is just an average NBA player when he can not get his tear-drop into the ocean.

Physical, if lack of height can be considered that. If he was 6'9 or taller he would be in the league. I'm not sure he had any mental issues.

Leave YAO and TMAC alone, they're gonna have good games and bad.

CLUTCHFANS.net may actually be the curse we haven't won crap since its been around if you want to be honest about it. Barkley brought us the Jazz curse for sure.

Steve Francis get way more praise than T-Mac for his contributions to the Rockets...... based on this season alone.

you know, that's a hard thing to do when certain users with over 40.000 posts repeat their wisdom in every thread they can get it in...

also, i don't consider your constant bashing posts as sound criticism. you often cross the line between criticism and bashing. rafer alston is a good example here. you can criticize him for being an inconsistent shooter. it's sound criticism when you say he should reduce his shot attempts when he doesn't make them. it's plain and simple bashing, though, when you fail to recognize his strengths and contributions to the team by just focusing on his weaknesses and repeat them over and over again. that's where it gets annoying.

Again, people need to leave Tracy alone. How dare anyone get on his case after all he's been through.

    young "Padawan"...

to go to the next level you need to understand that you fuel the fire.

If you haven't notice, hardly any 99'ers post in his threads anymore.

oh, and don't forget to use one-sentence paragraphs only.

    it makes your post bigger,

    and easier to read.

    get my drift?

The difference is Tmac is making 20 mills a year... that's probably more than 10 Vspans + 10 Nachbars combined.

Spanoulis alone made $2 million a year, so this statement would be factually incorrect.

However, TMac's contribution to the Rockets winning games is more than that of 100 VSpans and Nachbars combined. Particularly given that each VSpan's contribution to the Rockets typically consist of missing shots, turning the ball over, and b****ing about playing time. I don't see how multiplying these things 100 times helps the Rockets. Do you?

nachbar only played 70 minutes for rudy. van gundy then played him over 500 minutes. so another misrepresentation about a disagreement with a player and jvg. nachbar in the trade for wesley who turned out to be a bigger contributor than nachbar ever was. nachbar only played well on bad nj teams and did that at the 4.

vspan just sucks and his lovers just will not ever admit that when he did play he was beyond awful.

langhi was terrible...blame it on whoever you want, but most of all, blame dan the man who was just not an nba player
