    Badminton situation v 2.0

Spain just gave up the win in the 4Q. It certainly was a spit on Olympic charter

They played their best players the whole game. They were shooting an absurd percentage for most of the game and then started missing shots....

No possible way to suspend them as there is no way you can prove it

That's complete BS. It didn't look intentional at all. Did you even watch the game?

For them to get suspended like the badminton teams did, wouldn't the refs have to warn them during the game, first.

Did the refs ever warn them during the game?

I mean, so far, they have been a disappointment. Barely beat England by 1 point and just lost to Russian. They need to win a game and not worry about seeding.

both teams played extremely hard, both teams played their best players and played them well (except Nene for Brazil, who's injured).
Brazil was great shooting 3s and spreading the floor, and they have 2 very good defensive bigs (Splitter, Varejao) to slow down Gasols.
    It's a legit win.

Really, you shouldn't make up crazy stuff like that.

If you want to see what desire for the win really means, you should look at the game 1 of this day, when Russia didn't need anything, Australia was stucked for the fourth position and didn't need anything, too.

Australia was in a solid lead in the clutch, Russia could give up and relax but they came to the floor and played with intensity, they made 10-2 run and got a lead, but then Patty hit that three.

That was what Olympic Charter is all about. When you don't need anything, you should compete for your country, cause you're representing your country to the whole World
