    You can definitely see a lot of this in Morey. He's always stroking Les's ego. All I hear from him is "I want to thank Mr Alexander.." or "we couldn't have done this without the great ownership we have..", etc etc.

    Maybe this is why Morey still has a job. He just knows how to stroke it.
