So the Wolves already played 1 preseason game without Butler. Stupid question but do players not get paid for preseason games? Only for regular season and then playoffs are a bonus correct? Wondering how much longer this stalemate can go on.
The onus is on KAT getting better at that. He can be. If they rolled out KAT/Whiteside as the 4/5 people would be putting them on skates in PnRs.
I had listened to that Wolfson podcast earlier today after seeing a thread on Reddit about it...he mentioned that most of the leaks are coming from Butler’s camp (I think he said something like 98%)...Minny has the parameters for the possible deals they can make no sense that Miami is making Richardson or Bam available as for the Rockets...the way he said it was like “from Houston, u can get Eric Gordon, u can get PJ Tucker...the Rockets want Jimmy Butler”

Ok somone is lying either PJ is on the table or he isnt. And honestly I think I believe Stein and @ch44 more than I do Wolfson saying things in his podcast instead of making an official report.
Also Brogdon and Bledsoe is a such a good offer. I think its waaaay wayyy better than Miami even with Richardson.
I think Minnie wants Richardson from Miami...Winslow is interesting but let's be real, he's in the league from 4 years now, and at this point he didn't show anything special, don't think Minnie trades Butler for him and salary fillers, too risky. As for the Bucks offer eh, Brogdon has been better than Winslow even if he has less upside at this point, Bledsoe meh, another overrated player just like Teague but expiring.

im over this. this is all thibs dragging this **** out. the rockets deal seems to be the best contract wise while they could probably get better overall players from miami. they just wont accept they aren't going to get a great deal for a rental......all the teams see how bad minny ****ed up giving away all those pieces for butler and he already wants out LOL. they dont want the same thing to happen to them. i honestly feel EG and scraps (without PJ) is a fair deal considering the circumstances. I am 100% ok with keeping EG though. he slimmed down this summer and dedicated himself this summer to being the best he can be. he looked great last night. RUN IT BACK!
Wolf guy also reported that they had scouts at the rockets game/ Memphis. If they did i think EG did a good showing for them,.
