I think it's because of his ability to basically reverse the outcome of a play. His energy provides additional possessions and takes it away from the opponents, probably one of the most valuable "non stats" in existence.

I think Kenneth Fried, if that could happen, would be a strong move. Very strong.

we need a scorer as #3 - maybe not james harden scorer... but a guy who can put up 18 if we need him to.

OKC is not going to be able to pay luxury tax. That is clear.
If they want a shot at keeping Durant, it starts with Westbrook. Jackson is on the outs, Houston has the best package to nab him. Hands down.

Ariza certainly has the potential to be our #3 scorer in addition to lock down defender! Hopefully he will be so I can show him some luv

Why? How would he work with Howard on the team, they basically have the same skillset only Howard is many times better than him at everything.

Jackson, why we talking about him. He's irrelevant, provides nothing we doubt have . Elite pg only, above average pf / elite pf is what we need.

He would provide us with a competent backup PG....something we don't already have.

Faried would become otis thorpe 2.0. Dominate the paint, run the floor. Harden and faried played very well together in usa bball.

It's like I always say, why buy one when you can buy two for twice the cost.

What are we talking about again?

The Houston rockets. Jackson is going to get paid. If morey for some reason gets him, its to flip. Not worth what he's going to get to play 6 th man. Or he sees something i don't,

I would just see it as seeing how his time is running out and the team is currently worse than it was last year. If something doesn't happen, Howard won't be sticking around and the whole things falls apart.

A competent backup, as in Beverley? Jackson is a clear step better then Beverley, and would be the starter if we were to trade for him IMO.

Jackson scored more points, got more assist, more rebounds, had a higher fg% and all in less minutes then Patrick, Jackson is also a very capable defender as well.

Agreed! Would be amazing if we somehow got Jackson. It would be even more amazing if we could land both Farried and Jackson.
