He was given ample time to improve and get his post up game going but he has no post up game. His FTs have improved this season but then again that is not saying much. Hoping for the best for Dwight with his next team.

You can't pay him that money for a guy that is gold bricking in the regular season.

The org needs to play to win and get that chemistry right before the playoffs.

Dwight is done here, it is quite obvious if you look at it objectively.

He failed, and his lack of will to win is the primary reason. You can't put a lazy unmotivated player like Dwight with an enabling coach, you need a boot in the butt guy to hold him accountable.
