See Morey knew this already! That's why he traded Ariza for Courtney Lee so we could include Kevin Martin as a part of the deal for Anthony!

Melo's not a bad defender. Is he Shane Battier? No. But he's not Mike Bibby either.

 

They're not going to want Brooks ... I just realized that. With Billups and then Lawson waiting in the wings.

Unless a third team gets involved, we would have to get it done with Martin ... or hope they'll settle for a package of young players and picks with no bona-fide young proven starter (combo of Hill, Budinger, Patterson, picks with Jeffries and Battier).
