if u look at the video during his first plant he dribbles the ball one time which allows him to take the extra two steps so stop the travel mess.... guys who don't know how to play basketball and only get they info from what they hear on tv or read in comments from harden haters and non gifted ball players don't have a clue what a travel or anything else is geeeez
If they start calling this a travel, then every Euro Step and Every Layup/Dunk in the NBA will then be called travel. He's just doing what everyone else does, except he goes backwards and hits a three instead of forward.
I believe ballbreakdown already explained it... First they tried to say the euro-step was travel now the step-back.... ♂️ witch hunt. Lol
No. It isn't. Just like Max Kellerman, you should do a little research before you spew this garbage. It's all dependent on when he gathers the ball...and it is NOT a travel.
@DarkHorse looks like Sarah Spain does not agree with your video. I responded to her on Twitter about it. She said...
If the media and other players and coaches cry enough about it they’ll make it a travel next year just like antlyhing else James does to help him score.
It is a badge of honor for him. This kinda stuff was said about Kobe, Iverson and Jordan too. I even remember there were people that said the Dream Shake was a travel.
I agree with the OP, it is clearly a travel. Harden makes defenders travel back to the bench and the coaches travel to the refs to complain.
A travel is picking the ball up and running to the other basket without dribbling. Anything else seems ok.
