Scumbag K, indeed! LOL Some of us in the states think the exact same thing.

LOVE the Barkley anecdote (speaking of tools); sort of a slam more than a compliment like it might sound initially. Pray for him to say something bad because his badmouthing us gives us luck. <snort>

I don't see how you can top "god bird" though! Very apt description of him actually - I'll never look at Carl Landry the same way again. : )

Props to the OP for starting this thread; I've thoroughly enjoyed it.

JVG is called brother-in-law, as Jeff sounds like 'jiefu' in Chinese, which means brother-in-law.

Rick Adelman's nick name is "old A", A short for Adelman

It comes from a famous Chinese drama called "Go Soldiers" (something like that), the special army (like delta force) in that drama is called "Old A" by other soldiers (old A always kick their asses),
so we call him "old A" so that rockets will be the best coached by him. "A" mean the best anyway.

but some times we split his name as "Adel man", it sounds the same, but another word "man(慢)" in Chinese means "slow" as an reflection of his slow reaction on court.

BTW, I miss SF3's nick name "Fu lao da", means "the big brother"

Bob Sura "Su yingxiong" means "hero Su"

    Mobley's "old cat"

Wesley's "mickey mouse", he does look like mickey...

so many, nearly every rocket man has his nick name(s).

PS, D morey's nick name is "mo dashen" means "morey the god" for his great trades these years, some Chinese fans "pray" to him for some good trades and good players :)

    I am a Chinese.
    you get to point.

And I support Rocket from these reason:
    1.T-mac.
    2.Yao.
    3.Landry.
    4.Wafer
    ...etc.

T-mac's leaving make me feel so sad!! i can not accept it.
my passion of watching Rocket game is fading.,,
