First of all, this is terrible...If it was under the guidance of her boss, which it sounds like it was, then it is the company's responsibility, IMO...You have an employee following orders from a manager and it just got out of hand...
It's not like the 'victim' is a child. She is 18 years old. She could have left at any time. No thinking, non-r****ded 18 year old is going to stand there and let themselves get sexually assaulted in a semi public place where they can leave if they want to. I call BS on this story. Otherwise if it's true, all parties involved, including the 'victim', must be the stupidest people that ever lived.
