    How does 49% translate to 37% ?

    Actually reading through it, i think you're misinterpreting it, it's a 12% drop from what it is, ie 49% drops to 43% (49 x 0.88), not drop 12% from a base 100 (49 - 12).

He is going make himself invaluable to this team. Have you seen anyone else work that hard? Never giving up? Having that kind of courage on this team besides Beverly?

Parsons fit really well with the squad. Filled in the gaps.

9 points in and 3 rebounds in the first half and actually plays lock down defense, Ariza isn't a bad replacement in his own right.

You failed at Hollinger. Hollinger plays checkers while Morey plays 3 dimensional chess. Morey would not have brought him over for the MLE if he thought there was a chance he was going to shoot less than 40 percent.

Nikolaou giving me a hard on right now.

I just hope he can consistently arouse me, if he can deliver he'd be our best euro since Scola (Does Asik count as a euro? Who cares). If he can have a career similar in success to Scola's, i'd be extremely happy.

Actually, Turks and Israelis sports-wise are considered europeans. In every major sport they play in european tournaments, both clubs and nationals.

Sorry. You were close. The site that I was using had his ACB stats, not the Euroleague stats. My mistake.

Are you familiar with the Dunning Kruger Effect? It takes a truly foolish person to believe that someone could look at someone's Euroleague stats and with any accuracy make absolute statements about how they will fare in the NBA. The more you know, the more you know that absolute predictions are the realm of people who don't know anything. Only fools believe in the infallibility of any predictive tool.

I would bet that Morey would tell you that there is no such thing as a sure thing, and that bringing anybody over is taking a chance. The goal of predictive tools is to help swing the odds in your favor, not absolutely predict the future.

I've been calling him Forrest because the first time I saw him I instantly thought of Forrest Griffin.

Ariza is better than Parson but way to ice the cake with Pappy. Great job by Morey to realize he was ready for the nba. I love the energy he plays with, he's plays like a young hungry rookie

Athreeza and K pap really solidfying strength at the small forward position. There both two way players and are proving to be good acquisitions by Morey.
