I'm like 5'7" and between 125-130 (varies) and I have a six pack. How are you getting towards a gut? I'm tryin to gain weight up to 140 or so and I'm pretty sure I could still have a six pack.
Ok, either I am not getting what you're saying or you misunderstood me. When I work out I gain weight, not lose it. I lose weight by doing nothing but eating. Also at no point in my life have I been fat, quite the opposite actually, despite the fact that I eat what I want and how much I want and at what times I want. I'm probably 180 at this moment. If I'll start to work out, I'll get to 193 easily. Getting above that is really hard. My goal is to get to 220 (100kg).
crap, i've gained 15 lbs since thanksgiving! stupid winter/daylight savings ruining my exercise schedule! at least i have a good new years resolution coming up...
but you won't be as fast anymore and you'll be walking across the court on full court games like I do.
