Lol. Ppl here undervalue Bev SO BAD. You'd think after watching the team play so good after Bev came back that some you would have a different respect level of Beverley. But nope. Some things never change
That's a post from last season. I do not under value Beverley, I was just of the mindset we should clear the cap and tank at that time.
Steve Blake couldn't stay in front of a turtle when he was 25 ... and he sure won't be able to stay in front of any NBA PG now.
I mean I understand. But Bev's always brought the same things to the table, energy, hustle & defense. The difference is this year the team is winning and Bev now has a defined role with the team. Bev has always done the little things that lead to victories. Like last night when he tipped the rebound to Nene (or Harrell) for the dunk in the 4th qtr. Nothing has changed with Bev
Blake is 36 no chance in gods green earth the Rockets will ever sign him. If the Rockets wanted an older vet they would have kept Pablo instead Ennis. Atleast Pablo can still play in limited minutes while Blake looked terrible with the Pistons
We have to wait to see who Lebron chooses for the Cavs as a reserve PG before we can even bother thinking about picking one up.
He's shooting 40.0+% from deep. Bev has had an Ariza-esque transformation in his shooting ability, whose 3PT% increased by 4% in between Rockets stints.
Jack, Chalmers, Robinson.... I gotta believe any would be an upgrade over Ennis... I still dont understand why we traded for this scrub....
