The firing makes even less sense when you look at it that way. if it makes the Mavs worse, I'm not complaining. Maybe we can get Rosas back.
I think the Rockets already promoted his replacements, it'd be kind of awkward to slide him back into his old position. Perhaps he'll get a consultant gig with another title instead.
