If he was only a better shooter, he keeps falling into the 30% range. He does have great handles.

Rafer is probably one of the best in the world, let alone the NBA.

The guy IS an And1 streetball legend after all.

And T-Mac should be somewhere up there, but with that turnover to Q Ross tonight against the Clips...

I don't even think Shaq should be on the list, let alone number on on it.

Can't really argue about Rafer's place but Head needs to be somewhere on the worst list. ;)

Thank you! Finally, Rafer gets some love. The players know what they're talking about. Wow, a Rocket not named Yao Ming or Tracy McGrady gets some recognition. Who woulda thunk it?

How come the rockets have yet to wear those old skool jerseys this year?

I was wondering that as well. Time to pull out the throwbacks!

CP is higher than rafer and AI? As good as CP is, he's still not a better ball handler than the latter two. Ball handling is the one redeeming quality that rafer has that somehow outweights all his negatives

To be fair, he brings it up and then gives it to tracy or Yao most of the time, which is how the offense is designed.

umm i guess you missed when jamal tinsley dribble between yao's legs and made a tough shot when we played them last week. jamal tinsley is more streetball than rafer.

I got a question for you. Why is Rafer considered a street ball legend? Because he can dribble the ball well?

He is def in the top 5 when it comes to ball handling, it sticks to his hands like glue. You will not see many TO's by Alston...
