He's been playing well since the start of the season. It also helped that he got full minutes tonight instead of just 25.

Lord Jesus....these r****ded threads.....Lin did well after settling down and not having too many boneheaded TOs. When Lin plays under control he is a real asset to the team, but lets not anoint him the closer at this point, geesh.

Ginobili and Terry closed out games sometimes. Why not?

harden should get the ball if possible, but should also quit being stubborn, forcing it into double teams....jeremy should be the second option

No one knew of him while he was on the knicks, they didn't have a scouting report to do. Obviously if you watch basketball when more then just Asians play, you'll learn the game and understand that.

Whoever has the hot hand that night (1st option) and if covered, the one who is open ...

guys need to learn to trust each other all over again in this new season.

I think the guys realizing Howard is not an automatic 2points has sent them trying to figure out who is #1 option.

Tonight Harden deferred to Lin because he was hot. (Unlike last Clippers game, when Lin was having difficulty creating plays.) So I think it's Harden as the closer and if he's having an off game, Lin/Parsons can be 2nd options.

Then why aren't Isaiah Canaan and Robert Covington and all the undrafted and second rounders in the league lighting up the NBA?

Harden vs Lin makes thread stupid. But dude has two injured feet and the flu... maybe he should be moving the ball a bit more.

I agree, a lot of the late game scoring issues comes from being too predictable and not running any real plays to get quality shots.

Lin and Harden are both good penetrators, so I understand the need to probe, but between the two of them they eat up at least two-thirds of the shot clock just dribbling around. Lin in particular, who's generally not ISOing anyone, needs to make decisions earlier in the shot clock instead of looking for someone to bail him out with five seconds to shoot.

But I agree, Harden was too sticky with the ball tonight towards the end
