Westbrook does not make winning plays and is already showing signs of decline. He's not that great now and his contract will soon be toxic.

Chris Paul still does a lot if things to help win games, albeit while being overpaid.

 

Good, then they can win 47 games again, a bunch of people can hem and haw at how scared they are of OKC in the playoffs before they....get eliminated in 5 games

 

Idk if it'll work but it would fun as **** watching these two great friends play together. I honestly think they'd bring out the best in each other.

Plus Westbrook is stuck on a team with terrible shooters. He would excel in a D'antoni offense. But his athleticism is declining just as fast as CP3's.

Cp3 and capela for Westbrook and Adams. I’d do that in a heartbeat and probably include a first.

We all know about the issues between cp and harden. Cp isn’t getting younger. Westbrook plays wreckless and jacks shots but he damn sure plays with 100% effort and heart every single game. Adams and Westbrook would immediately make us a very physical, aggressive team.

I wouldn't put it past Tilman to blow up the team before this summer is over. We all know how much lux. tax money he wants to save.

 

at this point id take him... his biggest problem is his decision making, but a better coach could help with that.

if it came to trading for westbrook, or just blow it up, i would give WB a chance. cp3 simply cant give max effort every night at his age. of course this deal wouldnt happen since im sure they dont want to take back cp3 contract. they can get a better haul elsewhere.

Tbh, i don't think Westbrook would cost much at this point, although some bad teams might still give OKC good assets for a big name like him.

But with Chris Paul here makes no sense, you would've to trade Capela and Gordon, maybe Capela or Gordon and Shumpert for him, just to play him with Harden and Paul...that doesn't look a good fit. The most realistc option would be swap Chris and pick/s for him, would that be worth it? I don't really know.

 

At this Point just do what Harden request you do.

 

WTF, Why would OKC even agree to this trade.

What happens if this is agreed upon and he chases Harden out the door? Where do we go from there, lottery?
