His FG percentage is 52.6% and he took only 7.4 shots per game. With Yao out now, shouldn't he take 10 or more shots per game? That will make the game more winnable. Landry also needs to have more when he is back.

He's been averaging 11 shots per game this month.

I think Scola is doing exactly what he needs to win and I would rather the team not change anything until they have to.

    Cue "shoots" jokes:

It is surprising seeing what people will b**ch about even in the midst of an 18 game winning streak.

Shoot, man! I think Scola should definitely get more shoots.

    Shoot, can't you see that?

Scola needs more low-post shots, no doubt about it.

Actually with Yao out, Scola will get less chances for a clear shot like he used to when Yao was double teamed.

Should be more touch. I love to see Scola doing more post moves and more fancy passes.

Scola is smart, he takes good shots...and passes when necessary, don't change a thing.

2-7 was bad yesterday. He needs to score 12-14 points a game sometimes even more especially with Landry being out. It would be good to see him take advantage of his post moves and get to the FT line more often and make more of them.

There was a point in the Hornets game where the Rockets were struggling a bit and Adelman called a low-post play for Scola. My point is this team knows where to go when their outside shots stop falling. If they forget, Rick Adelman is a smart enough coach to remind them.

I remember what you are talking about. I remember that game and I thought that they should of went to Scola, but didnt do it. 2 or 3 plays later they went to him. So how come it dawns on me before Rick. I think Rick forgets or something. He was late figuring it out.
