No thank you. We're in a win now mode. He COULD be the point guard we covet so much. But then he COULD also be a waste. Too much of a risk IMO. Just for kicks thought I'd through in the video of his injury... Ouch!!! <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/pbU6wNopouw&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/pbU6wNopouw&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
Another fragile player? We've got Yao and T-mac. Moreover ,he is a skeleton and can't give us power and defense in PG. We need a stronger PG.
Non-guranteed minimum contract camp invitee is all he is worth. Also he will no longer be a point guard. Both him and the Clippers said the injury took so much of his speed away that he can now only play the SF position. And he's way undersized for SF in the NBA at about 6-7 195.
睡皮 is a nickname of Andrea Pirlo,do you know the Milan midfield Pirlo? He is one of my favourate soccer stars. Because he has sleepy eyes,we call him sleepy pirlo(睡皮 in Chinese) and 打滚要啊 means nothing but funny in Chinese. So we can call T-mac sleepy Mac and 睡麦 in Chinese.
Not sure if he is elgible, but he is a kind that needs to go to the D-league without a contract play this season to rehab and next off season discuss if a team will pick him up. With his size and passing ability teams want to see if he can hold up but don't want to waste a roster spot on damaged goods if he is done.
You know, as much as I enjoy watching people in a Rockets jersey go down screaming in pain...I don't. Watching Yao's injury back in December 06 was painful enough, if I see this guy's knee do a 360... I'd be horrified regardless of which team he's playing for, but I'm a lot more likely to see it live should he become a Rocket. It's also not good to spend our full MLE on someone with incredibly bad knees.
