Yes, you're actually much more likely to die in a home accident that you are on a surfboard in Australia/Cali/Mexico/South Africa, etc.... Sleep well.
Not yet. It's a bit of a trip, but they are out there this time of year. We're thinking about doing it. They're harmless, of course, and you can see them while snorkling. Did see some barracudas, but they weren't hungry. We've both got bad backs, mine easily the worst. Gotta be a bit careful. Can't scuba dive. Not any more. Went down 110 feet by the dam at Travis around 1970. Pitch black! Lost the light at 50 feet. Best time to visit Isla is November/December through April. The sun's weaker and a lot less humidity. Of course it's crowded. Came anyway because we dig the place and wanted to. This was our 5th time here. DrNuegebaur? That was AWESOME! :-D-
If it helps, as a species we're totally kicking their asses. We kill something like 100 million sharks a year.
Surprised this hasn't been posted yet. We were all warned Start at 0:25. Cliffsnotes: The ocean is the sharks house
No way I'm on Isla right now too. Look for the only guy walking around the island with a Rockets jersey on, it's probably me haha
I like that it came back for him last week, lol. Respect. But...Who is the dumb ass whose job it is to follow the Great White on Jet Ski as part of the alert team. Let the drones do that you morons. And on top of that, who cares about the rest of the beach goers, no, let's just follow it on jet ski and once it gets into the surfer zone then we'll sound the alarm.
Holy sh**! And it isn't even Shark Week yet!!! That's fu**in insane, glad dude made it out unscathed.
