Quitten's team was good enough to get to the conference finals the year after. Quitten had periodic back problems during the second championships and has them up until now. Quitten also had character problems on and off the court before Jordan ever retired. Nice attempt at character assassination there... There's still no way to tell whether Kobe can win it on his own or become the likes of Ewing and Barkley or maybe even KG and Payton. Stop being a hata to the guy. You don't have to like him, but it's not like he's b****slapped Cuttino or he spat on your firstborn.
I don't hate Kobe, I hate the way people make him out to be better then Michael. When you continuously get this shoved down your throut year in, year out, you get sick and tired of it. I wasn't a big MJ fan either, but at least he could back up the statements made of him, IMO.
